“Our four cats are regular guests at The Firs, which we have used for over 30 years. Nicola and her staff care for all the cats as if they were their own, with love, cuddles, comfort and plenty of food. They get to know all their little ways which is important to us. Nothing is too much trouble, and the Facebook photographs are very reassuring, seeing the cats so happy. We would not wish to send them anywhere else!”

“My cats have been boarding at the firs cattery for around twenty years. I have always been impressed with the high level of care they receive. Nicola took over The Firs in July 2019. It is always concerning when a new owner comes in as you worry about what they will be like. I board four cats which all have different personalities and needs. One in particular is very difficult to handle. Nicola and her team were hands on from the beginning and I felt confident leaving my cats with them. “Our 6 year old much loved cat Aussie has stayed at The Firs for short and long stays since he was a kitten. We feel very confident the care he gets is wonderful. His pen is large and spotlessly clean with heated beds and toys and he obviously enjoys the food at his holiday home. This stops us worrying about him when we are away.
