We charge per day no matter what time your cat arrives; this ensures that the Chalet has been fully disinfected and set up ready for your cat’s arrival.

Single cat occupancy in The Penthouse or large family Chalets is £21.00 per day, and for two cats sharing £26.00 per day.

Cats sharing must be from the same family that they normally live with.
We have a minimum stay fee of £45.00, so if you need your cat to stay for 1 night only, which would be for two days this fee would be charged.
Payment is by debit card, cash or bank transfer.
Please note that in the event of owners returning before the end of the boarding period booked, the total cost of the period booked will be charged. There are no discounts for early collections. We have this policy in place as if an owner returns early, we are then unable to rent out the Chalet during the original period that was booked. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your booking at The Firs, we do have the right to charge a cancellation fee and the fees are as follows: If you cancel your booking within 7 days or less, from the start date of your cat’s holiday, you will be required to pay the full cost of the invoice. If you cancel the booking within 8 to 14 days. from the start date of your cat’s holiday, you will be required to pay 50% of the total invoice.
These charges are in place as when bookings are cancelled at short notice, we are unable to book the pen/s out to another customer.
Out of Hours Charge
In the event they you may need to collect your cat/s out of our normal trading hours, there is an out of hours fee that will be added to your invoice. This collection is made at the discretion of the cattery owner and MUST be booked prior to your cats arrival date. The fee is £20.00
Our Penthouse and Garden Suite
The Penthouse is one of our larger standalone Chalets, with more outside space to enjoy.

The Garden Suite is a large family standalone Chalet. Apart from the extra space indoors, your cats can enjoy a fully secure outdoor run in the attached garden, with lots to explore. There are two rates for cats wanting to stay in The Garden Suite.
One to three cats is a daily rate of £36.00
Four cats and above the daily rate is £48.00
Our New Exclusive Range of Lodges

Our new exclusive range of lodges are now available to book. Each lodge is a standalone accommodation. They have a cosy indoors with multi level stands with a cat flap into a secure outdoor run for cats to explore, including watching the chickens roaming free. The outdoor space is covered and completely safe so your cats can enjoy playing, running and jumping or whatever they like to do.
Each of the lodges can accommodate between one to three cats, apart from Parkers Inn that can have more than three. Parkers Inn also has a separate indoor sleeping area with a door, cat flap and window which makes bedtime really cosy!
Paddock View is the last of the lodges to be completed and is built on the same lines as the other exclusive accommodation. This lodge has beautiful views over the countryside, which we are sure your cats will enjoy.
Hedgerow House, Bramble Lodge and Paddock View are suitable for one to three cats and has a daily rate of £30.00
Parkers Inn is suitable for one to four cats and has a daily rate of £36.00
