We are closed for admissions and departures on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
During the darker months we would advise you that you bring your cats in as early as possible as some cats do not settle well when they arrive, and it is dark at night.
Please also keep to the opening times.
Please note, we do not allow arrivals and collections outside of the opening times, unless in exceptional emergency circumstances. Should this occur there is an out of hours fee that would be applied to your invoice. This is £20, whether you have one cat or 4 cats with us, it is only charged once.
